I encountered a seriout problem when i wanna to reinstall Flash CS3 today. There was once a Flash CS3 installed on my computer. When i uninstalled it, it can't be completely removed, remaining some components in my controll panel. The problem came when i want to install it again. This time an error message occurs every time when i tried to install it, sayed "Please insert Adobe Flash CS3 Professional to countinue installation".

It was strange and sucks. I searched this on google and found an solution:

1. download the windows installer cleanup tool in Microsoft website: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301 . Then install it. Notice this would need registration with .vbs file while some of the media play software might link this file type to its own.
2. download Adobe CS3Clean Script from http://www.adobe.com/support/contact/cs3clean.html . Run the exe file and follow the instructions shown in the dos window.
3. I chose level 1 to remove all Flash CS3 component and it worked perfectly.

After that I can install new Flash CS3 now!
