You are an expert Flash Developer who is fully versed in AS 2.0 and AS 3.0. You live and breathe in the Flash development environment and you are always pushing yourself in terms of your skillset and expertise. You are someone who fully understands design as well as the overall creative and functional goals of a project. “Bringing a design to life” is your mantra and you are genuinely excited about taking flat PSD’s and making them sing.

In this position, you will work with a team designing complex, interactive web-based applications. You must comfortable working within a predefined scope and provide reasonable and accurate time estimates for development. You will work in a team environment with other developers, designers and producers to meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Duties
• Work hand-in-hand with the creative team, designers and other programmers to create rich internet applications using the Flash development environment.
• Develop and present mockups and prototypes while working against aggressive schedules.
• Apply your advanced AS 2.0 skills to rapidly develop multiple applications.

Skills and Aptitudes Required - Expert Level
• Flash 8 / AS 2.0 / building reusable and well structured classes XML / SOAP based webservices / remoting
• Great eye for motion, design, typography
• Clearly mapping out projects & evaluating work within scope (UML a plus)
• Willingness/ease to teach and learn
• Up to date with latest technologies and innovative solutions to problems
• Strong debugging and optimization abilities

Familiar With
• HTML / Javascript
• Photoshop
• Understanding of basic database and server-side scripting concepts

Good to Have
• After Effects / Final Cut Pro / Premiere
• 3D modeling & animation experience
• SQL experience
• Server-side ASP, .NET, PHP, JSP
• Zinc
• JSFL
• Maths / trigonometry / physics skills
